Step One
Make sure that the
option "MetaStock format" is selected in the
"Download->Options" dialog.
Moreover, you have to click
on the "Change" button. Following dialog will appear:
Make sure that you have
selected the "255" option box and the "Create data files
containing only 5 data fields" check box.
Step Two
Launch TradeStation and
click on File -> New.
Step Three
Select TradeStation
Chart and click on OK.
Step Four
Select 3rd Party
Directory and click on the New Dir button.
Step Five
In the New Directory
window select 'CompuTrac' and click on the 'Scan'
button.
Step Six
In the drop down box
select where the data is located on your computer eg.
C:\MetaStock\USA\Nasdaq100
Step Seven
Select a security and click on the "Plot" button to open
a security.
