MSMover V1.0 - Program for moving MetaStock Files - Freeware

MSMover is a small program (Freeware) that helps you to copy securities from one MetaStock directory to another MetaStock directory. The program can read EOD as well as intraday data directories. Moreover, the program supports the latest MetaStock format and can read up to 6000 securities per folder.

All you have to do is to click on the "Edit->Add Files" menu. In the dialog that will appear you have to select the MetaStock directory that contains the securities you want to copy to another directory. Finally, you have to specify a directory where the securities should be copied to.

To copy the securities to the new directory click on the "File->Copy Files..." menu. You can select whether to copy the last data record or data records between a certain date range to the new MetaStock directory.
